Email to Ambassador of Ukraine in Canada

Dear Mr. Ambassador,

The executive and members of the Czech and Slovak Association of Canada condemn the aggression of Russia against Ukraine. Canadians of the Czech and Slovak origin came to Canada mostly after the invasion of the Soviet army to Czechoslovakia in August 1968 where this army stayed 23 years until 1991.

We believe that an international tribunal to deal with these crimes is needed to bring Russia and personally Vladimir Putin to responsibility.

We wish you and all your people strength and offer our support and solidarity in defence of your country.
